Job description

Cerberus Electric LLC is seeking a Working Foreman to lead jobsite operations and ensure high-quality electrical work from start to finish in Winder, GA.

Position Summary

The Working Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily field activities while actively participating in electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair work. This role blends hands-on leadership with strong safety, quality, and scheduling focus to keep projects moving and crews productive.

You will coordinate jobsite needs, support consistent workmanship, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure work is completed according to project requirements and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct day-to-day jobsite activities, coordinating labor, task assignments, and workflow to meet project timelines

  • Perform and oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks while working alongside the crew

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, jobsite rules, and applicable electrical standards; promote a safe work environment

  • Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and instructions to guide installation and completion of assigned work

  • Track progress, support quality checks, and report updates, issues, and needs to the appropriate leadership
