What You'll Do

  • Provide one-on-one care and companionship for seniors in their homes
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  • Monitor changes in clients' condition and communicate updates with our care team
  • Support seniors living with memory loss through engaging activities and meaningful companionship
  • Follow individualized care plans to help clients remain safe and independent

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of caregiving experience

Physical Requirements

This position requires assisting clients with mobility and transfers, lifting up to 35 lbs frequently (50 lbs occasionally), pushing wheelchairs or medical equipment, and standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout your shift.
