Job Summary:
MillenniumSoft Inc is a company specializing in medical devices, and they are seeking a Software Engineer to join their team. The role involves working on production software for robotic systems that automate medical diagnostic instruments, focusing on the full software development life cycle.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Works independently to specify, plan, design, develop, test and support software components as assigned.
โ€ข Works with team to establish necessary requirements specifications and test plans for software product validation.
โ€ข Contributes to project schedule generation including scope of work, duration of tasks, and order of execution.
โ€ข Responsible for translating requirements into design and implementation of well-structured and documenting software components.
โ€ข Presents/Participates in design reviews and code inspections.
โ€ข Implements solutions to assigned defect issues.
โ€ข Anticipates system faults, failure modes, and unusual events, making sure the software adequately mitigates identified risks.
โ€ข Develops automated unit test cases to assure software meets the design criteria.
โ€ข Monitors work progress against schedule commitments, reports progress to leadership in a timely fashion, including when work will not be completed according to schedule milestones.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related Engineering discipline
โ€ข Minimum of 5 years' work experience with GUI development (Angular preferable)
โ€ข Minimum of 5-yearsโ€™ work experience using C#
โ€ข Minimum of 5-yearsโ€™ work experience with C# - ASP.NET MVC development.
โ€ข Minimum of 3-yearsโ€™ work experience with MS SQL database design and access
โ€ข Minimum of 2-yearsโ€™ work experience with AngularJS 2+
โ€ข Experience with C# ASP.NET MVC development
โ€ข Experience with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript
โ€ข Experience with JavaScript Frameworks such as Angular 2+, Bootstrap, JQuery
โ€ข Experience with MS SQL Server and Entity Framework
โ€ข Experience with Visual Studio
โ€ข Action oriented with a focus on results
โ€ข Demonstrated positive work ethic with a strong commitment to achieving project goals
โ€ข Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Preferred:
