The clientele at The Peaceful Mind Counseling Center ranges from individuals struggling with depression and anxiety to couples facing relationship issues and families navigating transitions. By providing a safe and empathetic space, our clinicians help clients work through their challenges and foster resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a preference for candidates with private practice experience.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and executing therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathetic skills.

While two years of clinical experience are mandatory, candidates with experience in specific therapeutic modalities or those who have worked in diverse clinical settings will be viewed favorably. The Peaceful Mind Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, complemented by performance bonuses.
