Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you'll be empowered to make a significant impact in the lives of your patients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to comprehensively understand the unique needs of each patient and tailoring individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
  • Applying various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address diverse mental health concerns and foster emotional resilience.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of patient information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals in hospice care, often experiencing significant emotional and psychological challenges related to terminal illnesses. Your focus will be to support both patients and their families as they navigate complex feelings associated with end-of-life care, grief, and transition, ensuring they receive compassionate and informed support throughout the process.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure to practice as a Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.
  • A minimum of three years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy, particularly in hospice or palliative care settings.
  • Strong knowledge of various therapeutic interventions and solution-based practices tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to analyze problems critically and apply effective problem-solving techniques.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working specifically within hospice or palliative care settings.
