Wholehearted Healing Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Wholehearted Healing Psychotherapy Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' psychological needs and establish treatment goals.
• Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique circumstances and mental health challenges.
• Providing psychotherapy and counseling services via teletherapy, utilizing various techniques to support clients in achieving their therapeutic objectives.
• Regularly documenting client progress in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all records reflect accurate and timely data.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff, participating in team meetings to share insights and strategies for client care.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess:

• A current and active license as a Clinical Social Worker.
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely and accurate client interactions.
• The capability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
• Experience and comfort with teletherapy platforms and remote therapeutic methodologies.

While a strong foundation in social work is essential, candidates with experience supporting diverse populations—including those with histories of trauma and substance abuse—will be highly valued. Familiarity with integrating evidence-based interventions in both individual and group settings is preferred.
