Looking for part-time work that fits around your family’s schedule?

Chick-fil-A Solon is hiring part-time Lunch Team Members for weekday shifts, generally Monday-Friday from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM. This role is a great fit for parents who want to work while their kids are in school, earn extra income, and be part of a positive, respectful, team-focused workplace.

This position starts at  $15/hour for Team Members who are available for consistent, school-year employment. Summer hours are also available and flexible.

Our lunch shift is fast-paced, important, and a great opportunity to serve guests during one of the busiest parts of the day.

No restaurant experience is required. We will train dependable people who enjoy serving others and working as part of a great team.

  • Flexible scheduling based on availability and business needs
  • Opportunity to earn extra income without committing to full-time hours
  • A workplace where reliability, maturity, and life experience are valued

  • Delivering meals to guests
  • Keeping the dining room clean, stocked, and welcoming
  • Helping the team stay organized during the lunch rush
  • Supporting teammates wherever needed
  • Following food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

This is a short shift, but it is an important one. Lunch is one of our busiest times of the day, so we are looking for people who can stay engaged, move with purpose, and work well with a team.

  • Communicate respectfully
  • Take pride in doing things well
  • Are willing to learn
  • Work well with a team
  • Want to be part of a respectful workplace with a strong team of people
  • Want a part-time role that fits their current season of life

Experience in food service, retail, customer service, volunteering, school support roles, caregiving, hospitality, or other people-focused environments is helpful, but not required.

Schedule

This role is focused on weekday lunch availability, generally:

Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-2:00 PM

Applicants do not need to be available every weekday, but consistent weekly availability is preferred.

This role is designed for Team Members seeking consistent, all-year part-time employment. Availability and scheduling expectations will be discussed during the interview process based on your availability and the needs of the restaurant.
