Job description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Analyst to support financial operations across multiple healthcare-related entities. This role will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, managing accounting processes including invoicing, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a multi-entity environment.

Location Requirement:
This is an on-site position based in Morristown, Tennessee. Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States and able to work on-site. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements for multiple entities
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Process, review, and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
  • Maintain accurate financial records across multiple systems/entities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience working with multiple entities or in healthcare is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
