Can you make $100,000 as an accountant?

Accountants can earn $100,000 or more annually, especially with experience, advanced certifications like CPA, and working in high-paying industries or managerial roles. Salaries vary based on location, specialization, and level of responsibility, with senior accountants and those in corporate finance often reaching or exceeding this threshold.

What accounting jobs pay well?

Accounting jobs that typically pay well include Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), financial managers, and internal auditors, especially those with advanced certifications and experience. Senior roles in corporate finance or forensic accounting often offer higher salaries, and proficiency with accounting software like SAP or Oracle can enhance earning potential.

What jobs can I do with accounting?

With an accounting background, you can pursue roles such as accountant, auditor, financial analyst, bookkeeper, tax preparer, or controller. These jobs typically require strong skills in financial reporting, use of accounting software, and understanding of tax laws and regulations.
