As the Head of Marketing Data, Decisioning & Delivery Platforms within PNC's marketing organization, you can be based in Birmingham, AL; Washington DC; Chicago, IL; Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Houston, TX; or Northern VA.
In this role you will lead the strategy and execution of PNC's core marketing technology ecosystem-enabling data-driven, personalized customer experiences at scale. This role is accountable for integrating marketing data, decisioning, and campaign execution platforms to unify insights, accelerate speed-to-market, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
You will define and deliver a modern marketing operating model that connects data, decisioning, and delivery, while partnering across Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and Operations. This leader will drive innovation through product-driven practices, scalable platforms, and a strong test-and-learn culture to maximize customer engagement and business impact.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven leadership of enterprise marketing technology and customer data platforms (CDP) at scale
- Deep expertise in data architecture, identity resolution, governance, and marketing measurement
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA) and content and workflow tools (AEM, Workfront) and Pega
- Track record driving cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Analytics, Data, Technology, and Risk

  • Defines complex, cross-functional digital strategies across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices by leading Digital teams.
  • Defines the strategy related to digital experiences for applicable business segments or product groups. May Participate in the marketplace to influence digital experience trends.
  • Leads digital teams. Sponsors potential digital experience projects for feasibility and value. Presents initiatives and policy changes to gain executive buy-in. Manages progress to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget and meet strategic goals.
  • Serves as senior point of escalation and ensures successful outcomes from key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders (including key vendors) throughout the experience lifecycle. As part of the first line of defense, supports determination of risk appetite and limits. Owns business response to audit and regulatory finding. May participate in client facing activities.
  • Structures, allocates resources and manages Digital teams. Motivates and develops the performance of the product development management team and key contributors. Development planning.
