Tiger Analytics is looking for experienced Integration Engineer (Adobe Workfront Specialist) to join our fast-growing advanced analytics consulting firm. We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Specialist / Solution Architect to support the Retail Bank Marketing team. This role will focus on configuring and enhancing the Adobe Workfront platform, building integrations using Workfront Fusion, and supporting marketing operations through automation and workflow optimization.
The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor capable of working alongside a team of engineers to implement scalable marketing workflows, automate processes, and integrate Workfront with downstream enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Workfront Configuration & Development
  • Configure and enhance Adobe Workfront to support marketing operations and campaign management.
  • Develop workflows, project templates, intake forms, and automation to improve team productivity.
  • Support ongoing platform optimization and enhancement requests from business stakeholders.

Integration & Automation
  • Design and implement integrations using Workfront Fusion with internal and external systems.
  • Build automated workflows for reporting, task management, and marketing processes.
  • Integrate Workfront with downstream applications and internal platforms.

Planning & Platform Management
  • Manage Workfront planning capabilities including marketing project tracking and planning modules.
  • Support development of MVP integrations for Retail Banking initiatives.
  • Maintain templates, governance structures, and intake frameworks within the Workfront environment.

Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with marketing, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Workfront solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on Workfront best practices.

Requirements
    • 7+ years of relevant experience
    • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront
    • Deep expertise in Workfront Fusion
    • Experience configuring Workfront planning modules, templates, and workflows
    • Experience building integrations and automation workflows
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
