The Opportunity
TC Energy's mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions across North America is enabled through a workforce that is agile and aligned to business priorities. We are seeking a Workforce Planning Advisor to join our team and help advance workforce planning capabilities across the organization.
Workforce planning at TC Energy has an established foundation, and this role will build on that progress-adding additional depth in workforce insights, risk identification, and forward-looking planning practices.
In this role, you will partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to develop a deeper understanding of workforce trends, capabilities, and risks. You will play a key role in strengthening how workforce planning supports business decision-making today, while helping evolve toward a more strategic, insight-driven approach over time.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and is motivated to help build and mature workforce planning capability in a practical, business-connected way.
