Job description

A Site Excavation Construction Company in New Braunfels is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team!
The ideal candidate values accuracy, follows established procedures, and is comfortable receiving guidance as part of a team-first environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients, request payment, or set up payment plans
  • Closely pay attention to detail will ensure that records and reports are accurate
  • Work with accounting and bookkeeping computer programs to identify past due accounts and to report payment
  • Answering HR inquiries such as time clock and pay issues
  • Any other tasks assigned
Requirements:
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable required
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Advanced computer skills are useful
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday
  • 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate:
  • $20 - $23/Hour
