The Opportunity
As a Workforce Solutions- Organization and Talent- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations optimize their workforce and talent management strategies. You will work closely with clients to analyze workforce trends, develop strategic workforce planning, and design talent acquisition, development, and retention programs that align with business objectives and drive organizational success. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
In this role within our Organization & Talent practice, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to confirm collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. You will also develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, effectively mentoring team members. By embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to follow suit, contributing to the success of our Firm.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing workforce trends to develop strategic workforce planning initiatives

- Leading teams in optimizing workforce and talent management strategies for organizational success
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and manage performance effectively

- Utilizing statistical analysis and modeling to enhance workforce analytics
- Engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct
- Collaborating with clients to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
