Executive Assistant to General Manager

Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the General Manager provides high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient operation of the General Manager’s office. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the General Manager
  • Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal departments, employees, and external partners
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation
  • Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and company functions
  • Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, requests)
  • Support HR, finance, or operations tasks as needed
  • Always maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience
