Job description

Cordia Resources is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage bi-weekly payroll for approximately 350 employees. Role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing during a leave coverage period.
This role works 5 hours a day, 5 days a week in Manassas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Virginia Retirement System (VRS) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage payroll independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
