The work schedule consists of 40-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical capabilities, limitations, and specific needs.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient recovery, incorporating evidence-based practices to stimulate optimum rehabilitation results.
  • Utilize therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to address varying patient needs.
  • Provide patient education and training to patients and their families to empower them in their rehabilitation journey.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines to uphold the high standards of our clinic.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, thereby contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Actively engage in community outreach efforts to further our mission of promoting good health and well-being.

This position primarily serves a diverse patient population that includes orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Therapists will work with individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions, emphasizing tailored approaches to ensure safe and efficient recovery while minimizing the risk of re-injury. The ability to connect empathetically with patients from varying backgrounds is essential in fostering trust and enhancing therapeutic relationships.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with patients and their families, fostering an atmosphere of support and encouragement.
  • Commitment to professional development and willingness to embrace continuous learning.
Preferred Experience

While two years of experience in physical therapy is required, candidates with specialized training in orthopedics, sports medicine, or pediatric rehabilitation will be viewed favorably, as they may bring innovative techniques and approaches to the clinic.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision insurance, and an employee assistance program.
• 401(k) plan with profit-sharing options to support your financial future.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) policy, including holidays, sick leave, and personal days.
  • Reimbursement for local and national organization memberships, as well as licensing renewal fees.
  • Performance-based incentives to reward your contributions to patient care and clinic success.
