Job description

Overview

Company Overview

Titan America, LLC is a leading, vertically integrated producer of cement and construction materials in the eastern United States, with operations spanning cement plants, distribution terminals, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, and fly ash processing facilities.

As part of the global TITAN Group, Titan America combines the strength and stability of an international organization with the agility of a regional operator. With operations dating back to 1902 and facilities across multiple countries, TITAN is known for operational excellence, sustainability leadership, and a long-term commitment to the communities it serves.

Titan's culture is built on a meritocracy with heart-rewarding performance while investing in people, safety, and continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

Titan Mid-Atlantic is seeking a well-rounded Terminal Manager to lead a high-volume, rail-served cement distribution facility in Richmond, VA.

This role is accountable for the full performance of the terminal-safety, service, cost, reliability, and people. It is neither a desk-only management role nor a purely field-based role.
