About the Role:

The Custodial Site Manager is responsible for full operational control of custodial services across assigned facilities, ensuring a consistently clean, safe, compliant, and client-ready environment. This role operates as the on-site authority, executing contract requirements independently, driving performance outcomes, and making real-time operational decisions without reliance on upper leadership. The Site Manager is expected to combine operational expertise with analytical thinking, technology utilization, and proactive problem-solving to continuously improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute all custodial operations with full ownership of site performance
  • Independently manage daily operations, staffing, and service execution without direction
  • Analyze workload, staffing levels, and productivity to optimize labor efficiency
  • Develop and maintain staffing plans, shift coverage, and contingency strategies
  • Utilize data, metrics, and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive improvements
  • Conduct routine and unannounced inspections; enforce quality control standards
  • Implement corrective actions and root cause analysis for performance gaps
  • Manage labor hours, overtime, and budget adherence through data-driven decisions
  • Oversee inventory, equipment lifecycle, and supply consumption trends
