Mt. We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist leadership and staff with administrative tasks that help keep projects and business operations running smoothly.


The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to company leadership and staff. This role helps maintain organization across the office by managing documentation, assisting with communication, and supporting various administrative processes related to company operations.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to company leadership and office staff
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events
  • Maintain organized filing systems for company records and documentation
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and documents as needed

Office Coordination

  • Assist with maintaining office supplies and ordering materials when needed
  • Help organize company records, reports, and project documentation
  • Assist with data entry and document management
  • Coordinate office logistics and general office organization

Operational Support

  • Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and documents

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
