You will serve as a key resource across the network - deploying where leadership development is needed, accelerating new leaders into their roles, and ensuring program standards are executed with consistency and rigor.

You are part of a National Operations Team delivering services to the client across the United States and Canada.

  • Teach budgeting, workforce management, KPI interpretation, and escalation processes to emerging leaders
  • Create talent pipelines within sites to ensure continuity of performance and values

Technical & Operational Excellence

  • Drive maintenance best practices: standardize work methods, improve reliability, document processes, and train teams on execution
  • Develop and implement reliability plans that support increasing uptime across assigned facilities

  • Build and reinforce a proactive safety culture at every site you engage with
  • Guarantee 100% safety training compliance and model safety-first behavior that drives accountability

  • Build trusted relationships with site Operations leaders, Regional Operations Managers, and Program Managers
  • Partner with JLL leaders and Finance to ensure proper stewardship of client funds
  • Ensure KPI performance is achieved or exceeded - and communicate performance clearly in weekly business reviews and reporting

  • Ensure labor and PRM budgets are met, including OT adherence and approval authority follow-through
  • Report variances and trends across all controllable budgets
  • Ensure compliance with PO creation and invoice reconciliation processes
  • Network with other RMMs to ensure consistent deployment and execution of JLL programs and tools

---
