Job description

TEKsystems is looking for an Agile Business Analyst for a long term contract in DE.
Required Skills
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4 year experience in related field.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical product manager role in a project-based environment.
FIELD OF EXPERTISE:
-Experience in working on multiple projects at the same time.
-Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies and working experience in agile tools like JIRA is preferable
-Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization, assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
-Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
-Ability to assess the scrum maturity of the team and organization and support the team to reach higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable.
-Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques.
-Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
-Intermediate Word. Intermediate Excel.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $53.56 - $53.56/hr.
