To thrive as a Workforce Disruption RN, you need a solid clinical background, an active RN license, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments. Familiarity with various hospital systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and rapid onboarding processes is crucial. Outstanding communication, resilience, and problem-solving skills set top candidates apart in managing changing team dynamics and patient needs.
