Job Details:
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Corrections - Night Shift
Location: Bland, VA
Setting: Prison
Schedule: 3 12's (10p-10:30a) or 4 10's (10p-8:30a), every other weekend, holidays as needed
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Local or Travel candidates
Requirements: Minimum one year of RN experience. Corrections experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to correctional facility inmates.
  • Assess health conditions and implement appropriate treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Document patient care and medical records accurately.
  • Collaborate with medical and correctional staff to ensure inmate well-being.
