Job description

Title - Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 40 hrs. a week. | Day - shift
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Pay Range: $29.80 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

  • $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (1-year commitment)
  • Day shift schedule – no nights or weekends


We are seeking a compassionate Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join a busy outpatient clinic in Tulsa, OK. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, administering treatments including chemotherapy, and supporting oncology patients through their treatment journey.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
  • Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments
  • Administer medications including intramuscular, intravenous, and chemotherapy treatments
  • Coordinate patient care including triage calls, scheduling, and admissions
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and wellness practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
  • Follow protocols related to infection control, safety, and patient confidentiality


Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Oklahoma or Multi-State Compact)
  • Minimum 1 year RN experience
  • Oncology experience required
  • Infusion therapy experience preferred
  • BLS certification required
  • Stable work history and strong clinical assessment skills
