What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will serve as a trusted workforce consultant to businesses throughout the Roanoke and New River Valley areas by:

· Developing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and in-person visits.

· Building relationships with business owners, hiring managers, HR professionals, and key decision-makers.

· Identifying workforce challenges, recommending customized staffing, and recruiting solutions.

· Presenting and selling Express Employment Professionals' services, including temporary, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements.

· Negotiating service agreements and pricing with clients.

· Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.

· Collaborating closely with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements.

· Managing and growing a designated sales territory to achieve revenue goals.

· Representing Express Employment Professionals at local networking events, business organizations, and community functions.
