As a Property Maintenance Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing the daily operations of the property maintenance division. Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage multiple property maintenance crews to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.
  • Plan and schedule daily routes, assign work orders, and coordinate labor and equipment resources.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality control standards across all accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate crew leaders and maintenance staff to support professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and utilization of vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
  • Monitor labor hours, materials, and project costs to achieve operational goals and budgets.
  • Assist with snow and ice management operations during the winter season, including storm response and crew coordination.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives within the maintenance division.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, equipment operation, and property care standards.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Knowledge of pesticides, turf management, irrigation systems, and snow management operations is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $65,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and industry certifications. Performance-based bonus opportunities may be available.
