Shift times are general hours; some projects may require earlier or later reporting based on customer requirements. Job Description IDS is seeking an experienced Communications Specialist – Journeyman, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to support corporate communications, marketing initiatives, and content development efforts. This role involves developing and delivering strategic communications, creating written and multimedia products, and supporting client-facing communication efforts across a variety of audiences. Key Duties • Support corporate communications and marketing to include communications/marketing strategy development, content development, and presentations • Plan and develop the creation and execution of strategic communications and multi-media deliverables • Research, write, and edit tailored messaging for internal stakeholders, external partners, leadership, and workforce audiences • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop briefings, white papers, talking points, articles, reports, marketing content, and outreach materials • Develop innovative ideas to communicate corporate initiatives such as change management, outreach, and workforce development • Coordinate and help facilitate discovery sessions and information sharing activities • Advise clients and provide recommendations to support marketing and communications solutions • Assist in managing budgets, schedules, service delivery, and customer engagement • Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in style, quality, and voice • Adhere to standards and best practices for content creation, quality control, delivery, and repurposing • Present concepts and ideas effectively to clients Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • OR Associate’s degree or High School Diploma with 7 years of experience • Minimum 3 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above) • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required • Writing samples required Compensation * $90,000k - $110,000k
