Meritus Health is partnering with the Maryland Service Year Program (MCSYO) to offer a unique paid opportunity for young adults interested in healthcare and professional career development.
We are currently inviting candidates to attend our upcoming Job Fair on June 15 to learn more about available opportunities within the program.

About the Program
The Maryland Service Year Program is a full-time, paid workforce development opportunity designed to help participants gain valuable work experience while supporting their community.
Participants will:
- Work full-time (32-40 hours/week) for approximately 9 months
- Receive hands-on experience within Meritus Health
- Build professional and workplace skills
- Receive mentorship and career development support
Program Highlights
- $15/hour pay
- Paid bi-weekly
- $6,000 completion award upon successful completion of the program
