Journeyman Workflow Support Specialist
In this role you will...
  • Support analytical workflow enablement, sustainment, and scaling of data products across the Mission Assurance enterprise
  • Utilize enterprise data platform capabilities (e.g., Palantir, Jira, Confluence) to support analytics, automation, and decision-making
  • Support configuration and use of Government-directed data platform capabilities to enable data analysis, monitoring, reporting, and automation
  • Support coordination workflows, governance-preparation workflows, reporting workflows, and knowledge-management workflows
  • Additional duties as assigned
Experience Requirements:
  • 3-10 years in any career field, discipline, or industry
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry, Jira, Confluence, or Mattermost preferred
  • Familiarity with HAF staff processes and Air Force governance workflows preferred
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any field
Certification Requirements:
  • None specified
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats
  • U.S. Citizenship required
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours
  • CONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior)
  • OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances)
  • Local travel within the National Capital Region may be required
  • Trip and After-Action Reports are required following each trip
  • May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds
  • May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time
  • Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings
  • Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
