  • Establish frameworks for prioritizing AI, software, and partner-driven investments based on customer value, business impact, feasibility, and time to market.
  • Monitor competitive, technology, and ecosystem trends to identify opportunities for differentiated SMB office solutions.
Experience Requirements
  • Product management experience, preferably in software, SaaS, workflow automation, document management, scanning, printing, or SMB solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and Jira-based execution plans.
  • Experience developing technology partnerships or co-innovation programs with ISVs, startups, platform providers, or systems integrators.
  • Practical understanding of AI/ML applications in document capture, OCR, intelligent classification, workflow automation, or productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI, MCP, APIs, integrations, and emerging software ecosystems.
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and represent product strategy with senior leaders and external audiences.
  • Excellent customer discovery, communication, prioritization, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
