Summary

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient practice. This role offers flexible scheduling, collaborative team support, and the opportunity to work in an innovative healthcare environment focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. The physician will provide primary care services, collaborate with advanced practice providers, and contribute to workflow and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult and adolescent patients

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

  • Focus on preventive care and long-term patient wellness

  • Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs)

  • Provide clinical guidance and support to mid-level providers

  • Coordinate patient care with specialists, behavioral health providers, and diagnostic teams

  • Document patient encounters accurately using the EHR system

  • Participate in workflow optimization and quality improvement initiatives

  • Support practice growth and patient-centered care strategies

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree required

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license or willingness to obtain one

  • Experience collaborating with or supervising NPs/PAs preferred
