Job Title: Industrial Engineer
Location: Cresco, IA | Full-Time | Onsite

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing operations through process improvement, production optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct time studies, labor analysis, and capacity planning.
  • Improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and production efficiency.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve throughput.
  • Support facility layouts, workstation design, and material flow improvements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Develop work instructions, process documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 2+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with time studies, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or layout design is a plus.
