- Own the relationships with customers for truck sales, service, and parts.
- Lead the recruitment and retention of top talent to drive revenue growth in parts, service, and vehicle sales.
- Maintain interaction with sales leadership and provide operational support to retain and grow the Region’s revenue base.
- Executes upon and corrects any quality assurance issues regarding service delivery, customer service and day to day operations of dealerships in designated region according to the company’s policies and procedures.
