Job description

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Workflow Manager in our Linthicum, MD office in support of our Department of Defense (DoD) customer as part of a highly talented, highly motivated, and high-performing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of cyber investigations, digital forensics, cyber threat analysis, and mission support in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will contribute to protecting national security interests by leveraging technical expertise, analytical skills, and innovative problem-solving to address complex cyber challenges. Individuals who are passionate about cybersecurity, committed to excellence, and eager to make a meaningful impact are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the DoD-Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE) as a Workflow Manager (WFM)
  • Process Incident Collection Formats (ICFs) reported by companies as required under the DFARS 252.204-7012
  • Draft executive summaries of cyber incidents
  • Monitor the DCISE inbox and respond as needed to internal and external stakeholders
  • Answer the DCISE hotline phone and respond as needed to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with members of different teams such as analysts and sysadmins
  • Disseminate all cyber products to DIB Partners and stakeholders
  • Monitor JIRA for various tasks and tickets and respond as needed
  • Assist with assigning tasks and RFIs, setting timelines for tasks, and ensuring completion of tasks
QualificationsRequirements:
  • 7 years with AS/AA; 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD. However an additional four years of experience can be accepted in lieu of a Bachelors degree. 
  • Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Self-motivated individual with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with Department of Defense Cyber Operations

Target Salary Range$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
