Infiniti of Albuquerque is seeking an experienced Detail Manager to oversee and lead our vehicle detailing operations. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong attention to detail who takes pride in maintaining luxury vehicle standards.

Job Summary

The Detail Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the detail department, ensuring vehicles meet Infiniti quality standards, and supporting on-time delivery for sales and service customers. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the detailing department

  • Maintain Infiniti luxury-quality appearance standards for all vehicles

  • Schedule and prioritize detailing workflow for Sales and Service

  • Perform quality control inspections on completed vehicles

  • Train, coach, and supervise detail staff

  • Maintain inventory of supplies, chemicals, and equipment

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Communicate effectively with Sales Managers, Service Advisors, and leadership

  • Assist with hands-on detailing as needed

Qualifications
  • Automotive detailing experience required

  • Prior supervisory or management experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control

  • Ability to manage time, workflow, and personnel effectively

  • Ability to stand, bend, and work outdoors or in shop conditions

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
