• Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute consistent strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of plans, programs, and initiatives to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and drive business opportunities and project feasibility.
• Establish and manage workflows, timelines, and compliance processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and communicate business plans, removing obstacles to achieve performance goals.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
