Job description

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This position is responsible for the workflow management of all marketing projects from brief intake through creative release, including creative requests from briefing to managing deadlines, routing, and ensuring all deliverables are met.  

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partners with Project Managers and Art Directors to align resource allocation and work prioritization.
  • Reviews Wrike forms (briefs) to ensure teams have the necessary information to complete the project and create schedule according to project type.
  • Oversees project activity in Wrike, ensuring project progress is on time, and if stopped, discovering roadblocks and escalate to solution.
  • Routes all marketing projects to channel owners, ensuring all feedback has been received from stakeholders within scheduled timeframe.
  • Communicates with Project Manager on status of all projects, most importantly, to raise awareness of any projects at risk, utilizing dashboards and reports in Wrike.
  • Understands priorities and ensures that questions and changes are resolved.
  • Creates efficiencies through standardizing processes within workflow platform.
  • Onboards new users to workflow platform, including set up of log-in and training; maintains active user list.
  • Chico’s Brand: Facilitates end to end GTM Process for Chico’s Outlet; partnering with cross-functional partners to keep process and projects on time.
  • WHBM/SOMA Brands: Facilitates the promotional planning process by attending weekly meetings, cascading updates in email and in weekly download meeting.  Builds the weekly agenda and sharing prior to meetings. Creates and maintains the marketing calendar promotions.

This position may be found in multiple brands.  Some duties may vary from brand to brand.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
  • 2-3 years of project management preferably in for a marketing department in multi-channel retail environment with a growing, dynamic brand
  • Excellent Project Management Skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities daily
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead a team
  • Basic understanding of creative process including file types, print production processes, and digital terminology
  • Passion for retail and fashion
