Nothing in Between Nails and Spa is looking for a friendly, reliable Assistant Studio Manager for a full-time position in our Mclean, VA location


Responsibilities:

  • Strong commitment to delivering outstanding client experience and uphold service standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and shop environment
  • Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Lead and support daily front desk and service staff throughout daily operations
  • Support team training, onboarding, and performance guide
  • Assist with inventory management and supply organization
  • Provide reports and feedback to the General Manger to support business decisions and improvements
  • Communicate regularly with the General Manager regarding operations, staff performance, and key updates


Qualifications:

  • Committed to providing our clients with excellent customer service
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Maintain a professional and fashionable appearance
