Job Description
Visa's Technology Management organization is seeking an Analyst to support and evolve the Demand Management function within our Third-Party Technology Management practice. This role combines business analysis, data analytics, and process automation to improve how technology demand is planned, forecasted, tracked, and fulfilled across hardware, software, and services.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical thinking, process improvement expertise, and technical aptitude. They are comfortable evaluating existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing automation solutions using data analytics, AI-powered tools, and low-code technologies. This role will partner closely with technology, finance, procurement, and vendor management teams to transform demand management processes into scalable, data-driven capabilities.
The Work You'll Do:
  • Support the development and execution of Visa's multi-year technology demand planning process across hardware, software, cloud services, and vendor-based technology solutions.
  • Analyze demand data, consumption trends, asset utilization, and budget forecasts to identify optimization opportunities and improve planning accuracy.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements, document current-state processes, and design future-state solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models that provide visibility into demand forecasts, budget utilization, portfolio health, and operational performance.
  • Evaluate existing demand management workflows and identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI, low-code platforms, scripting, workflow automation tools, and data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement process improvements leveraging technologies such as ServiceNow workflows, Power Platform, generative AI tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Collaborate with technology, finance, procurement, and vendor management teams to align demand forecasts with strategic objectives, budgets, and supply planning.
  • Support asset lifecycle planning, technology refresh initiatives, software renewals, and capacity planning activities.
  • Create data quality controls, process documentation, and governance mechanisms to improve the accuracy and reliability of demand management data.
  • Assist with purchase planning, vendor coordination, maintenance renewals, and demand intake processes while continuously seeking opportunities to improve the user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders by translating business challenges into actionable analytics, insights, and automation solutions.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Technology Operations, Demand Management, IT Asset Management, Technology Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with large datasets to identify trends, develop forecasts, and support business decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and implement workflow improvements or automation solutions.
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, including ITAM, SAM, HAM, workflow automation, or platform reporting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or similar low-code automation platforms.
  • Exposure to AI and generative AI technologies, including practical application of AI tools to automate workflows, reporting, document processing, or data analysis.
  • Understanding of technology budgeting, vendor management, procurement processes, and software/hardware lifecycle management.
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong Excel skills, including data modeling, forecasting, pivot tables, and advanced reporting techniques.

The estimated salary range for this position is $94,400.00 to $ 146,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
