Job description

The Ambulatory Operational Workflow Analyst will serve as a functional leader and expert in a variety of tasks including operational workflow analysis and assessment, data collection and examination, education planning, user training and support, and ongoing ambulatory workflow maintenance and support. He/she will lead the work to design new, future state processes that take advantage of the Ambulatory information systems' capabilities to streamline current processes, remove identified inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and maintain a high level of support patient safety, business, and quality goals.  This position will provide operational workflow support to PHP Group offices as well as act as a liaison among physicians, office staff, Ambulatory Informatics, and other departments as necessary. This is an exempt position.
