Job Title: Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney

Location: Atlanta, GA 30308

Openings: 3

Salary/Payrate: Starting at $100,000+ (commensurate with experience) with annual salary increases

Bonus: Exceptional bonus incentive program (quarterly and annual payouts)

Work Environment: Hybrid

Term: Permanent / Fulltime

Job Description:

A well-established and growing defense firm is seeking Junior and Senior Associates to join its Workers’ Compensation Defense practice in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team environment that values mentorship, professional growth, and long-term career development.



What You’ll Do:

  • Handle workers’ compensation defense matters from inception through resolution
  • Manage case strategy, discovery, depositions, hearings, and client communication
  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys in a team-oriented environment
  • Maintain a billable requirement of 1,800–2,000 hours annually



Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice in Georgia
  • Minimum of 1 year of workers’ compensation defense experience (or strong interest in the practice area for junior-level candidates)
  • Strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills
