About the Role
Siteworker is currently seeking a top-tier Senior Electrical Estimator for one of our premier clients in Apopka, FL. We are excited about this important role and are determined to consider the best and brightest candidates who meet our requirements.

Their rapidly expanding electrical division provides an excellent opportunity for those who wish to take their careers to the next level and capitalize on their earning potential.


Position Summary
You will provide detailed estimates and takeoffs for projects related to our primary focus of Heavy Commercial, Industrial/Manufacturing, and Multi-Residential construction, including renovations, tenant build-outs, and ground-up construction.


Desired Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years combined experience in Commercial & Industrial/Manufacturing/Theme Park electrical estimating
  • Minimum 5 years of electrical field experience
  • Knowledge of Accubid estimating software preferred
  • Well versed in NEC requirements
  • Ability to work hand-in-hand with the Vice President of Operations and Principal of the company
  • Ability to participate in contract negotiations
  • Capable computer skills, including email use, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Accubid, and file organization
  • Experienced in design-build, design-assist, and layout of electrical systems
  • Educated in the materials, means, and methods of Commercial, Multi-Residential, and Industrial/Manufacturing installations
  • Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Time-conscious — able to be on time and efficient
  • Demonstrated dependability, flexibility, and teamwork
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to adhere to, implement, and always follow safety procedures
  • Ability to work well with others


Physical Requirements
This is primarily an office position. As such, you must be able to sit up to six or more hours in an eight-hour workday, lift light objects such as files and paperwork frequently during the day, and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job.
