We are proud advocates for injured workers across California and are expanding our Workers' Compensation practice.The Windsor Troy Law LLP, is seeking a compassionate and driven Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney to advocate for injured workers across California. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a significant impact on clients' lives.
Responsibilities:
  • Represent injured workers in all stages of their workers' compensation claims.
  • Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the California State Bar
  • 1-2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases preferred
  • Strong advocacy and interpersonal skills

Salary: $80,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
