About the Company   

Our client, a large company in North Toronto, is seeking to hire a Workday Technical Analyst (full time on-site position).  

About the Opportunity  

  • This role will be part of the IT team and will work on configuration, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of Workday HCM. 

  • This is a technical role with hands-on experience working on Workday HCM config/dev/implementation/integration/test/deploy.  

  • The role will entail: 

  • 50% workday config/changes (using Workday Studio) 

  • 10-20% workday support 

  • 10-20% building/troubleshooting data/reporting 

  • 10-20% working with business stakeholders / communication / understanding requirements 

About You  

  • University degree 

  • 5+ years’ experience working with Workday HCM hands-on configuration/setup/testing/integration/reporting using Workday Studio 

  • Experience with Workday Modules, Advanced Compensation, Time & Attendance, LMS, Reporting 

  • Good communication and presentation skills 

  • Ability to commute to Markham office 5 days/week 

Bonus Items  

  • Experience integrating Workday with SAP (employee data) 

  • Workday certification(s) required  

  • Manufacturing / supply chain industries 

  • Strong team / people / stakeholder management experience 

Salary Range 

$110,000 - $120,000/year
