Job Summary:
The CCS Companies is seeking a Production Support Analyst to coordinate the timely update of information to and from internal databases. The role involves processing multiple files and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of job processing instructions to support the organization's operations.
Responsibilities:
• Verify data files are received/sent, processed and approved according to job processing instructions.
• Ensure job processing instructions are accurate and up to date.
• Provide accurate and timely logging of daily, weekly and monthly tasks in Synergy.
• Update Flash Report daily with client placement and payment file totals, files pending due to processing holds or listing of files expected but not received.
• Report processing inconsistencies, errors or bypasses to the appropriate Client Advocate or Client Relationship Manager for further research.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Contribute to the department’s operational excellence and deliver quality services in accordance with applicable procedures, policies and professional standards.
• Provide back up to co-workers within the department when needed.
• Thorough, organized and detail oriented.
• Familiarity with file transfer methods (FTP) and data encryption tools is helpful, but not required.
• Familiarity with MS Office products.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Coachability: Being receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embracing continuous improvement and is receptive and responsive to change.
• Ability to maintain a predictable and consistent full-time work schedule.
