Workday Production Support (AMS)
Key Skills
• Hands-on experience with Workday functional modules (HCM / Comp / Talent / Benefits)
• Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
• Experience in L1/L2 AMS support model and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
• Ability to analyze cross-module functional impacts
• Working knowledge of Workday reporting and data validation
• Strong communication skills for HR and business stakeholder interaction
Role Summary
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional support for Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits), ensuring stable day-to-day operations and timely resolution of business user issues.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle functional incidents and service requests, including issue triage and resolution
• Perform business process and configuration troubleshooting within approved scope
• Support Workday business cycles (compensation, talent reviews, benefits enrollment)
• Execute standard configuration changes (BP updates, eligibility rules, validations)
• Support UAT, regression testing, and release validation activities
• Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and support documentation
