Job description

The Corporate Technology HR team is seeking a Workday Technical Lead. The main function of this role is in the design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of the Workday system. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical resources and business stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
• Technical design and configuration of Workday modules, including but not limited to HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to meet business needs.
• Design and implement integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
• Provide expert-level technical support to resolve complex Workday issues.
• Troubleshoot integrations, data issues, and system errors.
• Create migration packages for system testing, user testing, and implementation.
• Provide quality assurance reviews.
• Perform post-implementation validation of software and resolve any bugs found during testing.
• Partner with Workday support to escalate and resolve critical problems.
• Work closely with HR functional teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Partner across technology teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
