Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Workday Product Manager to lead the strategic direction, configuration, and optimization of our Workday platform. As the functional and technical owner of our domestic Workday ecosystem, you'll partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations leaders to develop innovative solutions that support more than 13,000 team members across our nationwide portfolio.

This role is ideal for a highly experienced Workday professional with deep configuration expertise across multiple core modules-including Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Core HCM, Compensation, and Benefits-who enjoys both hands-on system configuration and long-term product strategy.

Working within an Agile environment, you'll define the platform roadmap, lead enterprise initiatives, oversee system architecture, and mentor fellow Workday professionals while ensuring our platform continues to evolve alongside the business.

This position is based in the Atlanta area and follows an in office work schedule from our corporate office in Dunwoody, Georgia.

ResponsibilitiesThe Workday Product Manager to join our Strategic Operations division. In this role, you will serve as the premier functional and technical authority for our domestic Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate is an established subject matter expert who possesses deep, end-to-end configuration expertise across multiple critical core SKUs-specifically mastering deep dependencies such as Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking, or HCM, Compensation, and Benefits.Operating within an Agile-driven environment, you will own the technical roadmap, lead sprint architectures, and directly execute high-level configurations that support our workforce of over 13,000 team members across the United States.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five to eight or more years of progressive Workday configuration experience supporting multiple integrated modules, including Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Core HCM, Compensation, and/or Benefits.
  • Expert knowledge of Workday business processes, security administration, calculated fields, condition rules, notifications, and system configuration.
  • Extensive experience developing advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations.
  • Experience leading enterprise Workday projects within Agile or product delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting multi-state payroll, multi-entity organizations, or the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
  • Workday certifications are a plus.
