Job description

Key Highlights:

  • Lead architecture and design for Workday Financials modules including Core Financials, Accounting Center, Grants, Projects, Revenue Management, Procure-to-Pay, and Contracts-to-Cash

  • Drive ERP migrations from legacy systems (e.g., PeopleSoft to Workday)

  • Optimize Grants Management (Pre/Post Award, Subawards, Effort Certification, Salary Cap)

  • Collaborate on integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, REST/SOAP APIs, Prism Analytics, and Extend

  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and federal grant regulations

  • Deliver advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboards to enhance financial visibility

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years ERP experience, with 7+ years in Workday Financials

  • Active Workday Financials Certifications (valid through 2025 R1)

  • Strong experience in public sector, higher education, healthcare, or not-for-profit domains

Preferred Experience:

  • Multi-tenant Workday Financials deployments in public sector

  • Accounting Center expertise for cash-basis reporting

  • Large-scale ERP migrations
