Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes, assess the organizationโ€™s current state, and define future state solutions.
  • Lead client workshops to educate stakeholders and guide them through Workday Financials functionalities.
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for critical Workday Financials issues.
  • Architect cohesive, cross-functional solutions, ensuring seamless integration across workstreams.
  • Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies for project delivery and best practices.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:

 Workday Financials โ€“ 5+ years
 Project Management โ€“ 5+ years
 Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management โ€“ 5+ years

Additional Requirements:
  • Workday Certification is required (must be maintained as active).
